Document Description
The Project would rehabilitate nineteen (19) existing sewer manholes, ranging from 3.5 to 12 feet in depth, by applying an approved protective coating system to the manhole interior. The manholes are located on the following roads and highways: N. Vista De Catalina, Coast Highway, Holly Drive, Lagunita Drive, Sea Island Drive, Dana Point Harbor Drive, Island Way, Calle Juanita, Calle Carmelita, Calle Ultima, Calle Las Palmas, Camino Capistrano, and Las Vegas Avenue. Lift Station 12 (LS-12) will also undergo improvements. Additional work would include surface cleaning, inspection, and pressure grouting. This project will not require any excavation.
