Document Description
Work will demo the approx. 1,700 square foot area by removing the flooring, ceiling, lighting, partitions, doors, casework, shelving, electrical, HVAC registers and ductwork, other ceiling devices, and associated office features. Work will continue with the construction and installation of new flooring, electrical, HVAC equipment, registers and duct work, exhaust fans, ceiling, lighting, partitions, doors and door access controls, window film and blinds, signage, lockers and bench seating, plumbing to install new sink and instantaneous water heater, cabinets, paint, life and fire protection equipment, audio/visual and communications equipment, communications connections to the 1st and 8th floors, and office furniture/equipment.
