Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-43848-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, 6075 Lance, LLC., c/o LocTek Ergonomics (Permittee) or as represented by Yi Jiang.The project is a 1.2 million square foot warehouse/distribution facility. Off-site flows will be captured in an intercept channel to be located just south of and parallel to Lafayette Street. These flows are conveyed westward and then southward and eastward, shunting flows around the Project building, parking and other facilities. From a linear channel and associated basin, these flows are allowed to naturally sheet flow south across Burbank Avenue and are returned to the current natural drainage pattern.
