Document Description
The proposed project would involve the demolition of the existing 56,900 sf multi-tenant light industrial development and the construction of a new 105,416 sf, 3-story, office / R&D building intended for life science tenants. Project site improvements would also include public and private outdoor amenities, landscaping, sidewalks, and lighting along Bransten Road and Industrial Road. The majority of the required parking would be met with excess parking in the existing structured parking in the applicant’s adjacent project at 825 - 845 Industrial Road located across Bransten Road via an executed Parking Agreement.
