In addition, new service conduits and wiring will also be installed throughout Mannel Park to improve the reliability of the electrical services. Service conduits will also be extended to current and future shade structure locations. For Veterans Park, the decorative light, previously described for Mannel Park, will be installed along the existing pedestrian paths near the north and west park boundaries and the north side of the parking lot.
