Document Description
Approval of Minor Alteration Request No. WA2023035: To perform five (5) geotechnical explorations to a maximum depth of 100 feet below the ground surface; three within the Feather River and two on the banks of the Feather River. The geotechnical explorations within the Feather River will be performed by a barge supported drill rig equipped with mud rotary drilling capabilities. The drilling mud from the river borings will be retained in drums and removed from the site. The geotechnical explorations within the riverbank will be performed by a truckmounted drill rig equipped with mud rotary drilling capabilities. All borings will be backfilled with neat cement grout in accordance with the Butte County Department of Environmental Health.
