Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Wastewater Treatment Plan Effluent Pond#3 Pond Improvements. The Project includes improvements to Effluent Pond No. 3 including installation of pond liner, re-compaction of existing soil, installation of liner trench anchors, excavation and installation of pond piping and inlet structure and outlet structure, and installation of sump with submersible sump pump station.
