Document Description
Project is a revision to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit. The purpose of the revision is to redesign a portion of the site by eliminating proposed buildings and integrating the easterly portion of the property with a planned park/recreational area to the east. The total on-site building square footage decreased from 38,052 to 31,318 sq. ft. The new Project will also utilize an off-site retention area on the future park/recreational area to the east.
