Document Description
The project is conditional use permit (CUP) to allow cannabis cultivation in an existing 20, 000 square foot space with an existing 66,000 square foot warehouse on a 4.78-acre parcel within the Heavy Industrial Zone (M-2_S). The project also includes site plan and design review (SPDR) for minor modifications to the site within the Citywide Design Review District. The approved Conditional Use Permit (Z 17-072) has been modified to add a non-storefront delivery-only dispensary use CUP within a portion of the existing 66,000 square-foot warehouse CUP and a Conditional Use Modification to increase the allowed cultivation, add manufacturing and distribution services
