The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS- SBR-36972-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Poplar 18 LLC. The Project is limited to the construction of an industrial warehouse and associated improvements on 17.87 acres of undeveloped land. The Project includes a 414,700 square foot warehouse space and associated components including a stormwater drainage system to collect and treat onsite stormwater, and two stormwater detention basins located in the northwest and northeast corners of the Project site.
