Document Description
Svendsen' Bay Marine, Inc. currently operates a boat yard on a 3.96-acre parcel. The proposed project would consist almost exclusively of removal of the existing floating docks and associated creosote-treated wood pilings, as well as a wharf extending along the east side of the finger channel, and their replacement with new aluminum or wood floats. The new docks would be smaller than the facilities that existed in 2004, when a sizable amount of then-existing floats were removed, and marginally smaller than the remaining facilities still extant today.
