The project involves minor alterations to an existing public facility with no expansion of the use and replacement of an existing facility located on the same site that will have the same purpose and capacity. The proposed work is located immediately adjacent to the edge of Lake Raphine and is within the typical lake setback; however, 1) construction will not be within the waterway, and 2) the scope of work has been reviewed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), and all CDFW required precautions to prevent impacts to wildlife and water quality will be followed during construction of the project.
