Document Description
The proposed amended development plan will allow development of a four-story hotel with ancillary uses such as food services, a bar, and a flexible conference/banquet facility. This proposal increases the originally approved hotel size from 83 rooms to 91 rooms, expands the conference/banquet facility from 6,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet, and adds additional parking. It includes 189 parking spaces and landscaping. Access to the site will be from Woodward Street via State Route (SR) 99.
