Document Description
Due to increased staffing levels and lack of sleeping accommodations CAL FIRE proposes to lease an existing 3,092± square foot residence in Mountain House, California. The residence contains five bedrooms and three bathrooms which will accommodate four personnel at any one time for rotating shifts. The staff are high level personnel who oversee operations at four different fire stations in the area that include Tracy, Patterson, Sunol, and Clayton. No interior or exterior improvements will be required, and the lease is anticipated to last approximately two to three years until a permanent solution can be determined.
