This is a Highway Safety Improvement project on US Route 101 meant to reduce the impact of certain types of collisions. Existing Metal Beam Guardrail will be upgraded to new Midwest Guardrail System that meets current safety standards. This upgrade has the potential to benefit all users of US 101 within project limits.
