Five automobile parking spaces are provided. The project includes two retaining walls up to 10 feet in height each, planter walls, and gate pilasters. The project also involves permanent shoring for excavation and 4,310 cubic yards of grading (0 import and 3,993 cubic yards of export). Haul Route review is requested.
