Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is serving as the lead agency for Southwest Gas (SW Gas) to install two natural gas lines (one 8- inch steel which operates at 250 PSIG and one 6- inch PE which operates at 60 psig) to replace the existing lines, located on State Route (SR) 28 beginning east of Beach Street and ending at northwest of West Lake Bluebeard and West River Road. All work will occur within the Caltrans right of way.
