The three parcels are concurrently being merged to create one parcel, 41 acres in size. The applicant is requesting the zoning amendment in order to collocate a second cannabis cultivation site to be permitted, as co-location is only permitted in the A1 zone, with one permit allowed per 20 acres of land. The subject property is located at 15369, 15499 and 15469 Jesus Maria Road in Mokelumne Hill, CA.
