Document Description
In accordance with Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 21092.1, and CEQA Guidelines Sections 15073.5(a) and 15073.5(b), the Ventura County Planning Division is recirculating the Camp Ramah MND to incorporate additional analysis and information regarding biological resources, proposed uses within the open space parcels and the CUP term. The applicant requests a Major Modification to CUP No. 3048 for the continued operation and maintenance of a camp for a 30-year term. The requests also includes the expansion of the CUP boundary, the construction of new structures and the legalization of existing structures, which total 15,887 sq. ft.
