Document Description
A request for an EASEMENT VACATION of a 0.94-acre portion of unused City of San Diego easement which was to be used for ingress and egress, maintenance and operation of existing well sites, pipelines with well facilities to the El Monte Pipeline. There are no existing wells or pipelines within the affected parcels. The easement traverses six parcels totaling 56.52-acres. One parcel is developed with an industrial building, two parcels are unimproved with applicant ins submitted to the County of Sari Diego for the construction of Industrial buildings, one parcel Is 4nimproved with no plan to develop, and two parcels are subject to Conservation Easements and would not be developed. The project site Is located near Riverford Road and Riverside Drive in the County of San Diego. (LEGAL DISCRIPTION: Lots 126, 27, &130 Lakeside Farms, Map No, 1204 and Lot 1 Riverview Farms, Map No. 1683)

The City of San Diego conducted an environmental review which determined the project would not have the potential for causing ·a significant-effect on the environment In that the project is consistent with the community plan and the applicable zone. The project would not result In any significant environmental impacts. The project meets the criteria set forth In CEQA Section 15305 (Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitation) which allows for minor alterations In land u:Se limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20% which do not result in any changes In land use or density, Including but not limited to minor lot line adjustments, side yard, and setback variances not resulting In the creation of any new parcel. Furthermore, the exceptions listed In 15300.2 would not apply.
