The scope of work includes site preparation, removal of failed concrete slabs, subgrade preparation, installation of new concrete slab, striping, traffic control, and incidental work. These failed slabs must be replaced as soon as possible to ensure the safety of traveling public and to avoid the full closure of the travel way. This project is needed to avoid failure or threat of failure to the transportation system, which can result in the loss or impairment of life, health, or property.
