Document Description
The Housing Element establishes programs, policies and actions to meet the City's existing and projected housing needs; provides evidence of the City’s ability to accommodate the RHNA allocation through 2031; and identifies land use and zoning amendments needed to reach the required housing capacity. The CAP establishes strategies to meet City’s carbon neutrality goal and related City goals, such as strategies in the 2019 Strategic Energy Plan to achieve the City's goal of using 100% renewable electricity by 2030.
