Per Ukiah City Code Section 3016, review and approval by the City Council is required due to the age of the buildings. 101 S Main St. is listed on the City's local inventory of historic structures and was determined to be of historic significance by Council. 105 S. Main was determined to have no historic significance. MMs AQ-1 through 3, and CUL-1 and CUL-2 will reduce impacts to less than significant.
