The applicant is requesting approval to allow the construction of a +/- 10,640 square foot retail variety store with a minimum of 34 (including two ADA spaces) parking spaces on approximately 1.09 acres within the City’s General Commercial Zoning District. Site preparation is anticipated to disturb and/or grade approximately 6,800 cubic yards of soil. The operation would include the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalks and overall improvements for pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
