A request for a COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to demolish four existing buildings totaling 7,000-square feet to construct a 24,000-square foot two-story commercial building. The first floor would include commercial product showroom, a product demonstration area, customer interaction and commercial sales area, and a service/repair and product storage area. The second floor would include administrative spaces for sales staff, equipment technicians, and general administration, an equipment preparation area, sales and accounting area, and technical support. Various site improvements would also be constructed that include associated hardscape and landscape.
