Document Description
Conversion of the existing Resource Specialist Program (RSP) room in the multi-purpose building to a new school kitchen (with an additional dry food storage pantry), and convert the existing kitchen to a new RSP room. The project would include installing new walls, windows, doors, kitchen equipment, cabinets, exhaust vents, plumbing, etc. in the new kitchen room, and removing similar equipment and fixtures from the existing kitchen, to convert it to office uses. New fire alarm and safety equipment would be added to the kitchen, new handicapped-accessible walkway adjacent to the kitchen, as well as new accessible parking.
The project is proposed because the existing kitchen is substandard to serve the school’s students and requires replacement.
The project would be constructed from June to September of 2022.
