Document Description
The Project will enhance the aquatic and riparian habitat within the Natomas Cross Canal (NCC) with a focus on creating non-natal rearing habitat for Sacramento River winter-run Chinook Salmon, and to improve flood protection by strengthening the north levee on the NCC. The Project is expected to enhance and create 15 to 20 acres of aquatic habitat for juvenile Chinook Salmon and steelhead.
