Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-24300-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Upland- Department of Public Works. The project consists of on-going vegetation management within 15th Street Catch Basin. Activities includes the routine vegetation removal of cattail marsh habitat Typha latifolia herbaceous alliance), on approximately 0.3-acres. Vegetation removal will occur at the three inlet areas (each approximately 0.1-acres). Removal activities will occur on a yearly basis and take approximately 3-4 days to complete using a backhoe. Equipment will access each inlet via overland travel, utilizing drive and crush methods. No other vegetation will be removed.
