The project site is undeveloped and consists of irrigated pasture.
The proposed project is the subdivision of an approximately 28.97-acre parcel into four lots at 5.95 acres, 6.30 acres, 7.56 acres and 9.16 acres for limited agricultural/rural residential uses. The proposed parcels would be serviced by individual onsite wastewater treatment systems and private wells.
