Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-ORA-23724-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Project Applicant, Orange County Public Works Department as represented by Giles Matthews. The project is limited to the replacement of the existing Silverado Canyon Road Bridge (#55C0177) with a new 50-foot long single span, prestressed, precast concrete-voided slab girder bridge, raising the new bridge by three to five feet, replacement of bridge wing wall, replacement of an existing rock retaining wall with a Caltrans standard retaining wall Type 7B, installation of cofferdams and sump pumps to divert creek flows around the construction site, and off-site mitigation of permanent impacts to trees and on-site temporary impact mitigation with re-seeding.
