Specific Plan, a Revision to Approved Action, Tentative Parcel Map 20478 to create twenty six parcels, two lettered lots and public streets from five existing parcels at the existing Auto Club Speedway (ACS) property, Development Agreement, and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to facilitate the development of a new industrial high cube logistic and e-commerce project and support facilities consisting of the development of up to approximately 6.6 million square feet of industrial high cube logistics and e-commerce development, 98 acres of support parking facilities, and 12 acres of parking/ancillary commercial uses, with support landscaping and facilities within the Commercial (C) Land Use Category and Special Development-Commercial Focus (SD-COM) zoning district on approximately 433 acres of the 522.30-acre site. This will comprise the Third Cycle General Plan Land Use Element Amendment of 2022.
