The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) as the project only proposes solar equipment to serve residential development and therefore is considered to be small structures. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
