The 2022 Mendocino County Regional Transportation Plan and Active Transportation Plan (RTP/ATP) is a transportation planning document prepared by the Mendocino Council of Governments. The Plan provides an overview of both short- and long-term transportation goals, objectives, and policies for the region, as well as a list of potential projects. The RTP/ATP considers all modes of transportation and also assesses current and long-range transportation issues, identifies needs and deficiencies, considers funding options, and suggests actions to address these items, in an effort to improve the overall transportation system in the region.
