Document Description
The Project site is at the Ontario International Airport, City of Ontario, southwest San Bernardino County. It includes portions of Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (APN) 11326106, 11326107, 11326108, 11327101, and 11327102. The Project site encompasses approximately 76 acres and is south of the Ontario airport airfield and west of the Cucamonga Canyon Channel.
The proposed Project is the redevelopment of the Project site with an air cargo facility. The Project would be completed under two phases. Existing improvements would be demolished for the construction and operation of a 345,000-SF cargo building; a 2,600,000-SF aircraft apron with 23 aircraft stalls; a 217,000-SF truck yard with 55 truck docks, 43 trailer truck stalls, and 125 surface automobile stalls; a 3-story parking structure with 775 automobile parking stalls, and related site and utility improvements.
