The proposed project consists of a subdivision of 25± gross acres into 123 single-family residential lots. The proposed project also includes a conditional use permit to allow for smaller lot sizes with the provision of common open space. Lots within the subdivision would range between 5,000 square feet and 6,000 square feet. Approximately 2 acres of open space would be provided.
