Document Description
In November 2021, the Regents approved the demolition of 50 vacant Las Lomas apartment units on the Area 12-1 project site and the construction of approximately 102 for-sale stacked flats in eight four- and five-story building to be developed by the Irvine Campus Housing Authority. The Project is proposed to be redesigned as townhomes and would include 104 units in three- or four-
story buildings. Changes to the approved University Hills Area 12-1 project and any altered conditions since adoption of the IS/MND in November 2021 would not result in any new significant environmental effects, and not substantially increase the severity of previously identified significant effects.
