Document Description
The proposed project would authorize the Irvine Campus Housing Authority (“ICHA”) to construct and sell approximately 102 new homes in University Hills, the faculty and staff residential community located on the University of California, Irvine campus (UCI). The proposed project would demolish 50 apartment units located on the Area 12-1 project site and ICHA would redevelop the site with for-sale stacked flats to support UCI faculty and staff recruitment and retention efforts.
