Document Description
Site Approval application for Agricultural Truck Parking for a maximum of 2 trucks and 4 trailers. There is an existing on-site well and on-site septic system. The parcel will operate with natural drainage. There is a proposed 5 feet 8 inches high, 18 feet inches wide rolling gate that is setback 65 feet to provide space for the entire truck and trailer to pull in off of the roadway. The proposed driveway is 16 feet in width and will be finished with a chip seal and 4 inch minimum of aggregate compacted base. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract.

Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.” There is no possibility that this project may have a significant effect on the environment and, therefore, the project is not subject to CEQA.
