Document Description
The City of Rancho Cucamonga has prepared this Notice of Intent to adopt a recirculated Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project listed below. As the CEQA Lead Agency, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is recirculating the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for the proposed project to clarify changes that have arisen during or since the public review period. These changes are identified in the Recirculated IS/MND.
A request to construct a mixed-use development comprising of 259 residential units, 2 commercial unit totaling approximately 2,500 square feet, and 1 live/work unit with approximately 800 square feet of commercial/office space. The project will consist of two buildings ranging in height from 2 stories to 4 stories. The project will also provide 528 parking spaces for residents, guests, and commercial visitors within a subterranean parking garage and using surface parking. The project site is located within the City Corridor High land use designation. The project does not propose or require any General Plan or Zoning amendments. APNs: 0229-311-14 and -15.
