Document Description
Project is a tenant improvement to add new IT equipment to an existing storage room for connection to the state fiber ring and interconnection to existing building telecom rooms. New conduit pathway with be provided from incoming fiber to the new computer room and up to the 4th floor IDF room. The room will be equipped with a new dedicated cooling unit. Additionally, office modular systems furniture will be demolished and reconfigured with no encroachment on current egress paths. New power and data lines will be provided to specified modular systems furniture. Project
will also provide new wall finishes, ceiling tiles, and carpet, as well as MSF walls and ceiling for new private offices. Existing fire alarm system will be upgraded, and fire sprinklers installed throughout the building. Path of travel accessibility updates will be made at the exterior of the building, and to one elevator, restrooms and drinking fountains within the interior of the building.
