Document Description
Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Freeman Diversion Sediment Management Project. The project would provide for continued reliable operation and maintenance of the existing Freeman Diversion Facility by conducting sediment management and associated activities to maintain the capacity and function of the Facility. The project would occur upstream of the Facility, within the Santa Clara River channel. Sediment management would be conducted in two phases across six acres, including 1.3 acres under Phase 1 in the first year, and 4.7 acres under Phase 2 in subsequent years.
