The proposed project includes the construction of an industrial commerce center
consisting of two industrial commerce buildings. The project site is comprised of
two parcels. Parcel one is approximately 10.70 acres and parcel two is
approximately 7.83 acres. Building one is approximately 209,390 square feet,
which includes a 204,390 square foot warehouse area and a 5,000 square foot
office area. Building two is approximately 143,063 square feet, which includes a
138,063 square foot warehouse area and 5,000 square foot office area.
