The County of San Diego, Department of Parks and Recreation is proposing to create a new public local park in Fallbrook. The proposed project consists of a local park that would include a play area, open lawn area, off-leash dog zone, soft surface trails and native gardens, a multi-use path, skate elements, a passive recreation area, and other associated amenities, including parking. The County of San Diego is circulating a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration for a 30-day public review period from July 26th, 2021 to August 25th, 2021..
