The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-46848-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Taylor Morrison. Based on mapping refinements in coordination with Placer County, the project will result in an increase of 0.01 acres of permanent impacts to ephemeral drainages. The project will now result in permanent impacts to 0.03 acres of ephemeral drainage and 1.91 total acres of permanent impacts to Waters of the County (overall, 19.62 acres of Placer County Conservation Program Special Habitats).
