The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-46848-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Taylor Morrison. The project is limited to nineteen (19) separate sub-project activities related to construction of a residential subdivision and associated infrastructure. Project activities include mass grading, replacement of an existing culvert under PFE Road, two (2) low-water crossings for a trail system, construction of sewer/storm water management infrastructure, and horizontal directional drilling under Dry Creek.
