Document Description
Notice of Determination for the Water Reliability Transmission and Distribution Improvement - Conn Creek Water Line Project. The City of Calistoga (City) proposes to replace up to 3,000 linear feet of existing North Bay Aqueduct (NBA) pipeline. Approximately 100 linear feet of the underground NBA pipeline alignment would be
relocated to an elevated position on the Conn Creek Bridge, which was replaced in 2020. Relocating the existing pipeline involves removal of the existing concrete cap and pipeline within the Conn Creek bed. The creek would be restored following construction.
