Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the CEQA Guidelines pursuant to the Provisions of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Section 15301(a) (Existing Facilities) as an existing industrial facility involving negligible expansion of use and only minor construction consisting of interior tenant improvements. The project is consistent with the General Plan and Sonoma County Code requirements for the property, is located on an existing developed site, will not involve notable changes to the existing facilities, and provides adequate parking for proposed operations. No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
