Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended the Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-INY-46607-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, with the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation District 9. The amendment authorizes the removal of riparian trees at the B-1 Drain/Location 2 and includes mitigation for the removal of willows and cottonwoods at this location. The amendment also eliminates the minimum of Chinese-Siberian elm to be mitigated (minimum 28 Chinese-Siberian elm) in Measure 3.1.
