Document Description
The Project is comprised of the development of 88 acres of undeveloped land (60 acres on-site and 22 acres of off-site improvements) into an industrial warehouse development (See Figure 2). Project Activities include vegetation clearing, grubbing, vegetation removal, discing, grading, building construction/utility installation, paving, architectural coating, and off-site utility improvements.
The Project will result in incidental take of 128 western Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia).
which is protected under the WJTCA and the California Endangered Species Act. The
WJTCA ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of western Joshua tree that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
