The project will occur on a 1,594.6 acre property that currently has a working ranch The site is accessed from State Route 29 1.8 miles northwest of Middletown, CA, and the cultivation area proposed will consist of approximately 80 acres within a 6' tall metal fence. The project will use 22,000,000 gallons of water annually per phase.
